Registered Nurse Case Manager

Circle of Life is seeking a Float Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our Metro team in Brooklyn Park, MN. You will travel to homes across the Twin Cities area to provide 1:1 nursing care and partner with an interdisciplinary team. A valid MN RN license is required. This full-time role includes scheduling visits, supervising caregivers on care plans, and representing our mission to serve the underserved.
