We are seeking an energetic, hands-on General Manager to lead all aspects of our fast-paced retail food operation. The General Manager is responsible for driving sales, managing profitability, developing and inspiring high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role oversees daily operations, staffing, food quality, safety, inventory and financial performance while fostering a positive, customer-focused culture. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong operational and business acumen who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving results through teamwork and exceptional service.

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive culture focused on engagement, retention, and operational excellence.
• Direct daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, cash handling, food safety, security, and compliance to ensure efficient, profitable performance.
• Manage P&L, labor, cost of goods, and inventory controls while implementing local marketing and community outreach initiatives to drive sales growth.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining high operational standards, resolving customer concerns, and leading teams to consistently exceed performance goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in a restaurant or retail environment with P&L responsibility.
• Proven leadership in hiring, coaching, scheduling, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing financials, labor, and operational performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain), Microsoft Office proficiency, and flexible availability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work 45+ hours per week.

$60,000 - $65,000 base salary range + bonus potential.
