Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tibco Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing applications using the TIBCO suite of products, including Business Events 6.X, Business Works version 6.x and 5.X, Enterprise Messaging Service, Hawk, API Exchange, and Rendezvous. The candidate will ensure that program code, configuration, customizations, and integration of all technology components optimally address current and future business needs with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using TIBCO suite of products.
• Ensure program code, configuration, customizations, and integration of all technology components.
• Address current and future business needs with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Preferred Skills:

• TIBCO BW6.x and TIBCO BE6.x: Excellent hands-on experience.
• Real-Time APIs and Batch Integrations: Extensive experience with heterogeneous sources.
• TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Hawk, TIBCO Admin, TIBCO TEA, TIBCO BE: Excellent knowledge.
• API Development and Management: Proficient in developing and managing APIs.
• Pub-Sub Messaging Patterns: Proficient in building solutions around it.
• Service-Oriented Designs and Technologies: Proficient in XML/JSON, REST, and SOAP web services.
• XML, XSD, DTD, XSLT, XPATH, SOAP, Rest, JSON: Good knowledge.
• Common Services Framework: Experience in reusing common services framework, error logging, and handling automated monitoring framework.
• Version Control and Code Review Tools: Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and GIT.
• Software Development Lifecycle: Excellent knowledge of all aspects, including design, functional and technical requirements, coding, debugging, testing, release, and operational support.
• Agile Software Development Methodologies: Excellent knowledge.
• Service-Oriented Architecture and Object-Oriented Programming Methodologies: Excellent knowledge.
• Software Development Best Practices: Excellent knowledge, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Relational Database Management System Technologies and Tools: Excellent knowledge.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• SOAP-Based Web Services and Restful API: Good knowledge and experience with testing tools like SoapUI and Postman.

Education and Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience developing integrations with the Tibco Suite of products on BW6.x version.
