Office Services Associate

We are looking for an Office Services Associate to support essential workplace operations in New York, New York. This Contract position plays an important role in keeping mailroom activity, shipping coordination, supply availability, and internal service requests running efficiently each day. The ideal candidate brings a service-minded approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple operational priorities in a detail-oriented office setting.Responsibilities:• Manage incoming deliveries by receiving, sorting, and routing packages to the appropriate internal recipients in a timely manner.• Prepare outbound shipments by packaging materials, creating labels, completing required documentation, and confirming accurate shipment records.• Perform daily mailroom activities, including processing internal and external mail, monitoring shipment status, and maintaining clear tracking information.• Support domestic and international shipping requests while verifying delivery details, ownership information, and service needs before dispatch.• Maintain stock levels for mailing materials and shared office supplies, and organize storage areas to ensure items are easy to access and properly arranged.• Assist with internal delivery runs by transporting documents, packages, and other business materials according to established schedules and priority timelines.• Complete opening and closing operational tasks, inspect equipment for readiness, and help maintain a clean, secure, and orderly workspace.• Communicate delays, service issues, or inventory needs to leadership promptly while working closely with internal teams to meet service expectations.
