Make a difference supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist during a rewarding onsite contract assignment in the Kansas City area. In this full-time role, you’ll focus on elementary-age students while collaborating closely with educators and families to help students reach their communication potential.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for elementary caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Document sessions, progress reports, and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development as needed
• Maintain accurate records and manage caseload efficiently
