Program Specialist

Position Overview You will serve as a PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the MANPOWER/PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT of COMMANDER LITTORAL COMBAT SQUADRON TWO. Required Experience Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience utilizing student information databases or master scheduling software to input, track, and update course/class schedules, and evaluate scheduling policies or procedures and recommending solutions to complex scheduling bottlenecks and resource constraints. Experience coordinating and resolving minor scheduling, room, or resource conflicts. Experience compiling program data, schedules, or rosters and providing standard policy interpretations to students, instructors, or staff. Experience generating various reports that indicate the status on travel invoices pending certification completion.
