The role reports to the organizational Chief of Staff and works with stakeholders and cross-functional colleagues to ensure effective project and expense reporting, data integrity, and the successful execution of specified initiatives. The individual plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion and secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. The role works under leadership direction to develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and visualizations, and delivers clear, data driven insights to support operational decision making.Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:Under general direction, leads the planning and execution of key organizational projects, ensuring consistent alignment with organizational goals and timelines, focused on:Staffing and expense reporting, including requisition, headcount, and contractor metricsDevelops change management plans and strategies to minimize resistance and ensure successful adoptionConducts project post-mortems to capture and apply lessons learned to identify areas for improvement and shares process enhancements to optimize project management practicesIdentifies project risks and issues, develops risk mitigation strategies, and establishes contingency plansPrepares and delivers project progress reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategiesManaging the Contractor process end to endFinancial tracking: budgets/forecastsSecurity vulnerability trackingProcurement and vendor management: manage and track purchases and vendor agreements; ensure compliance with corporate policies and best practicesCreative content generation for leadership presentations/ppt decksRequired Qualifications:5-7 years work experience within a technology company or a software engineering domainAnalytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex dataStrong critical thinking skills and excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in data analysis tools and data visualization tools like Power BI or TableauExpertise in Excel and PowerPointAdept at collaboration and teamworkSuperior execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working within the healthcare sectorEducation:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40Time Type: Full timePay Range: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00Our people fuel our future.
