Registered Nurse - Neuro/Trauma ICU - PRN Days

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, professional nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect patient care, ensure a safe and therapeutic environment, communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, and maintain accurate documentation. Administer medications and IVs safely, support patient education, and participate in team building and professional growth. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current Basic Life Support certification, valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility, and at least six months of RN experience. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills; ability to utilize the nursing process; commitment to quality care and professional development.
