Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by managing inbound phone and email interactions, accurately processing orders, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of order management issues to provide a positive customer experience. Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers to ensure accuracy across billing, shipping, and fulfillment processes, while fostering trust and long-term satisfaction. Analyze and process customer requests, returns, and credits with precision and accountability—ensuring compliance with company policies and timely turnaround. Qualifications High school diploma or GED with 2+ years’ experience in customer service. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English, with reasoning skills and critical thinking for timely resolutions. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience using Oracle or similar ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards). MS Office skills—Outlook and Excel, including Pivot Tables and V‑lookup. Compensation and Benefits Hourly range: $22.00 – $30.00. Eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
