Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, monitor progress, and document care accordingly.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at multiple levels; delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient outcomes.
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent nursing discretion in daily practice.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing (state to be determined).
• Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts.
• Willingness to participate in a travel assignment for 8 weeks.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and effective communication with patients, families, and team members.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
