• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Contract Weeks: 8

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.
• Ensure compliance with all nursing policies and procedures.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
