Lead IT Business Systems Analyst (SAP Benefits & Payroll)

Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as a lead SAP Benefits and Payroll Functional Consultant, focusing on complex service requests.
- Utilize at least 8 years of recent SAP configuration experience in the Benefits module, with a minimum of 5 years on SAP ECC 6.0.
- Apply at least 3 years of experience in public sector SAP projects.
- Lead and complete complex payroll rules, schemas, and wage type configuration to meet County business requirements.
- Conduct and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with County business stakeholders to elicit and document complex business needs.
- Provide excellent documentation and knowledge transfer to permanent County staff.
- Configure and maintain SAP Payroll, including integration with SAP Finance.
- Manage SAP Payroll business process testing and validation.
- Create and update benefits and payroll reports for medical providers and other stakeholders.
- Implement automation of benefits plan selections based on employee organization changes.
- Collaborate with County teams to address a backlog of SAP Benefits and Payroll projects.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure broad technical support and expertise in SAP HR-Benefits and Payroll modules.
- No background check or drug screen required for this position.
