PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO Brindar una experiencia de compra excepcional a los clientes, promoviendo la marca Skechers y sus productos a través de un servicio personalizado y profesional. El Vendedor Part Time es responsable de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas establecidos mientras mantiene los estándares de calidad, presentación visual y atención al cliente que caracterizan a la marca. (*La extensión de la jornada del vendedor part time dependerá del país donde desempeñe sus funciones*)
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
- A. VENTAS Y ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE
- Alcanzar o superar las metas de ventas del equipo establecidas mensualmente
- Brindar asesoramiento personalizado sobre características, beneficios y usos del calzado Skechers
- Identificar las necesidades específicas de cada cliente para recomendar productos adecuados
- Manejar objeciones de venta y cerrar transacciones de manera efectiva
- Procesar pagos en efectivo, tarjetas de crédito/débito y otros medios de pago autorizados
- Gestionar cambios, devoluciones y garantías según políticas establecidas
- Mantener comunicación profesional y cordial con todos los clientes
- B. OPERACIONES DE TIENDA
- Recibir, verificar y organizar mercadería nueva según protocolos establecidos
- Etiquetar, marcar precios y codificar productos conforme a estándares corporativos
- Mantener el inventario organizado y realizar conteos periódicos cuando se requiera
- Empacar y embalar compras de clientes de manera segura y presentable
- C. MERCHANDISING Y PRESENTACIÓN VISUAL
- Implementar y mantener los estándares de presentación visual de la marca
- Organizar productos según planogramas y directrices de marketing establecidas
- Asegurar que las vitrinas y displays estén siempre atractivos y ordenados
- Reponer productos en góndolas y estanterías de manera oportuna
- Verificar que la señalética promocional esté actualizada y bien ubicada
- D. MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA
- Realizar tareas de limpieza y mantenimiento de estantes, mostradores, mesas y pisos
- Ejecutar rutinas de apertura y cierre de tienda según checklist establecido
- Mantener áreas de trabajo organizadas y libres de obstáculos
- Reportar cualquier daño o necesidad de mantenimiento a supervisores
- Asegurar que la tienda esté preparada para el siguiente día de operación
- E. CUMPLIMIENTO Y POLÍTICAS
- Adherirse estrictamente a todas las políticas y procedimientos corporativos
- Mantener confidencialidad sobre información comercial sensible
- Cumplir con los valores corporativos y código de ética empresarial
- Participar en capacitaciones y entrenamientos programados
- Reportar incidencias o situaciones irregulares a la supervisión inmediata
REQUISITOS DEL CARGO
- A. EDUCACIÓN
- Mínimo: Educación secundaria completa
- Deseable: Estudios técnicos en ventas, marketing o áreas afines
- B. EXPERIENCIA
- Mínimo: 6 meses de experiencia en ventas al por menor o atención al cliente
- Deseable: Experiencia previa en retail de calzado o moda
- C. COMPETENCIAS TÉCNICAS
- Conocimiento básico de técnicas de venta y atención al cliente
- Manejo de sistemas POS y equipos de punto de venta
- Habilidades básicas de matemáticas para manejo de dinero y cálculos
- Conocimiento de productos de calzado (materiales, tallas, cuidados)
