This role will assist across multiple departments included in our operations and clinical coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support across departments (intake, operations, and clinical team) Maintain and organize contractor files, ensuring compliance with company standards Support scheduling coordination and communication with field clinicians Respond to emails, phone calls, and internal messages in a timely and professional manner Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records Help coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and support general office operations Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Previous administrative experience required (healthcare experience preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Microsoft Teams preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent communication and follow-up skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment #J-18808-Ljbffr A&G Infusion Nursing Services, Inc.
