Sourcing Analyst

Overview K. Hovnanian is celebrating 65 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. The Sourcing Analyst will play a key role as part of the supply‑chain team in product development and sourcing, helping identify quality building materials and home products that can be delivered on time while realizing cost savings. Responsibilities • Conduct research, analysis, and vendor management to identify suitable building materials and home products. • Evaluate how various products fit into the company’s high standards and how each sourcing decision impacts profitability. • Work with vendors and internal operational partners to ensure products arrive safely at home‑building sites within required timelines. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline, required. • 2+ years of professional experience in product development, category management, merchandising, or sales, preferred. • Experience in a wide range of consumer products such as case goods, lighting, and plumbing finish items in a manufacturing, retail, or distribution environment, preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, required.
