Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs through structured interviews and standardized measures.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic strategies and goals to address each client's unique mental health challenges.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies that suit client needs.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to discuss progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring adherence to therapeutic goals.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients, utilizing secure video conferencing tools to facilitate sessions for those who have accessibility challenges.

• Document client progress and relevant clinical notes meticulously to comply with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, using our proprietary electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to refine clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. The clinic serves community members who may have limited access to traditional therapeutic settings, ensuring that mental health resources are available to those who need it most.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication skills to effectively build rapport and foster a safe yet challenging therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Ability to demonstrate empathy and a non-judgmental attitude in order to support clients through their unique experiences.

• Proficient organizational and time-management abilities to manage an active caseload of clients efficiently.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, working directly with clients in therapeutic capacities.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and providing online therapy to clients.
