These consulting services include technical architecture and strategy, solution and service offering design and implementation, and technical advisory services. Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients’ team and we’ll look to you to provide our clients with unique business and technical perspectives on how they must innovate to remain competitive and be resilient in an environment of constant disruption. Your key responsibilities Design, customize, and optimize digital workplace solutions, particularly with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Agent 365, and Copilot Studio. Collaborate with EY groups with digital capabilities to sell and deliver digital workplace transformation engagements, delivering AI‑first solutions that transform our client’s vision and strategy to become a Frontier organization. Skills and attributes for success Lead team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, and thought leadership to differentiate EY in the digital technology consulting arena. Provide broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms. Work with client technology professionals and third‑party strategic alliances. Develop long‑term relationships and networks both internally and with clients and business partners. Interact and communicate effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives. Essential Qualifications At least 5 years of professional technical consulting experience designing and implementing service offerings leveraging the Microsoft stack, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and building agents with Copilot Studio and Visual Studio. Deep understanding of agile software development. Experience implementing complex projects for large enterprise clients. Proficiency in M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365, industry LLMs, RAG architectures, Copilot extensibility, and protocols such as MCP and A2A. Experience with solution development in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. Expertise in M365 Copilot technical deployment and Copilot Control System configuration and testing. Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and OWASP LLM Top 10. Desired Additional Qualifications Microsoft certifications: MS‑900, MS‑102, PL‑400, PL‑600, AI‑900, SC‑100, and Microsoft Certified: AI Agent Builder Associate (beta). Prior consulting experience.
