Murfreesboro Medical Clinic & SurgiCenter (MMC) is a physician-owned, multispecialty clinic and Accredited Surgery Center that has proudly served Rutherford County for 75 years. With more than 100 physicians representing over 20 specialties across 6 locations in Middle Tennessee, MMC is committed to delivering exceptional, state-of-the-art care to thousands of families each year. Murfreesboro Medical Clinic relocated to Garrison Drive on February 11, 2013, allowing us to expand services, stay close to the local hospital, and better serve the needs of our growing patient community. Since then, MMC has grown to six locations across Rutherford County, including three MMC Now Walk-In Clinics. Our continued investment in the community has built a strong local network dedicated to providing exceptional care close to home. MMC is proud to be #TRUEBLUE, partnering with Middle Tennessee State University to support athletics, academics, health services, and campus outreach while helping keep students and athletes healthy in mind and body. Today, with more than 1000 associates, MMC remains Rutherford County’s only physician-owned, multispecialty medical practice, providing exceptional primary and specialty care. The CEO serves ON-SITE/IN-PERSON as the top executive leader of a physician-owned, multi-specialty group practice. This individual is responsible for the strategic direction, operational oversight, financial performance, and cultural integrity of the Murfreesboro Medical Clinic & SurgiCenter (MMC). The CEO works in close partnership with the Board of Directors and physician stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care while maintaining the independence and values of a physician-led model. The following 4 positions report to the CEO: CFO, COO, CHRO, and Director of Marketing. This is a rare opportunity to lead one of the Southeast's most respected physician-owned medical groups at a pivotal moment in its history. The next CEO will inherit a talented executive team, a strong physician foundation, significant community goodwill, and substantial growth opportunities while helping MMC navigate the next generation of healthcare delivery in Middle Tennessee.
