Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Multi-State or New Mexico)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS certification
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based care to a diverse med-surg patient population
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Support patient and family education
• Adhere to all facility policies and regulatory guidelines
