Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent ER nursing experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
• Exceptional assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, support staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries in the Emergency Department
• Accurately assess, triage, and monitor patients, prioritizing care based on medical urgency
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with procedures per protocols and provider orders
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of patient care
• Respond rapidly and effectively to code situations or medical emergencies
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and follow-up care instructions
• Adhere to evidence-based practices, patient safety, and infection control standards
