Title of Position – General Manager

Summary of Responsibilities

The General Manager (GM) is the face of the restaurant within our communities and to our guests. As a General Manager you are responsible for all facets of restaurant operations dedicated to delivering a warm, authentic and inspiring environment for both guests and team members, thoughtful leadership, and overall restaurant performance. Our GM will work side by side with the FOH team and in partnership with Chef and back-of-house team to drive total quality, standards and performance. General Managers are passionate about delivering on the smallest details to uphold and grow the brand. Successful General Managers are strong people developers, teachers, and performance managers, have high personal standards, hold an owner-operator mentality, and are warm and genuine.

Requirements

• Minimum of4 years’ experience working as a General Manager, preferably in a high-volume, full service and/or polished fast-casual restaurant
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• High integrity and professionalism
