Street Medicine Peer Navigator: Field Care & Housing
Healthcare in Action
Healthcare in Action is seeking a Peer Navigator to support homeless individuals through street medicine initiatives in the Los Angeles area. The role involves education, peer support, housing and resource navigation, and coordination of care in a field setting. You will work with ECM and CSS programs, documenting care in our health records, and may assist in transporting supplies.
