We're looking for a dependable and detail-focused Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerk to help keep things running smoothly at Kia of Duluth. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with others, staying organized, and handling everyday office tasks. If you've worked in a car dealership before, that's a plus, but we're happy to train the right person. At Kia of Duluth, we care about your future. Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Help with basic accounting tasks, including assisting with end of month accounting
• Enter data and keep department files organized
• Keep filing systems neat and up-to-date (paper and digital)
• Pitch in with other office duties as needed

Skills

• Good with numbers and clear communication (spoken and written)
• Basic understanding of office accounting tasks like billing and payments
• Experience with vehicle titles is helpful, but willing to train the right candidate
• Able to manage time well, meet deadlines, and solve problems
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Very organized and pays close attention to details
