What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient pediatric and family medicine care to patients of all ages
• Engage in preventative, acute, and chronic care management
• Supervise midlevel providers as needed
• Work across various clinics, including brick-and-mortar, school-based, and mobile clinics
• Document patient encounters in EPIC EMR
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Participate in full-week orientation and team integration

What You Need:

Required:

• CA State Medical License (in-hand)
• BLS certification
• DEA registration
• Minimum of 2 years outpatient experience
• Ability to work full-time daytime hours

Preferred:

• Board Certification in Family Practice (or willingness to be board eligible)
• Experience working with diverse patient populations including children and adults
