Moreau Physical Therapy is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to work onsite with a diverse clientele in a supportive environment. The role focuses on conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing tailored therapy plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and establish individualized treatment goals. Develop and execute tailored therapy plans to enhance functional abilities. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care. Provide patient and family education on therapeutic exercises and strategies for daily living. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes. Participate in team meetings to share insights and continuously improve services.
