Accounts Receivable Clerk
Rise Wellness, a subsidiary of USANA Health Sciences Inc. is seeking an experienced accounts receivable clerk to manage, analyze, and optimize the company's receivables. This role focuses on accurately applying cash payments received from customers, creating invoices and pursuing collections.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing and posting daily accounts receivable transactions, including customer invoices and payments
- Monitoring and following up on outstanding invoices and overdue accounts, communicating professionally with customers to resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconciling accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Preparing and distributing weekly accounts receivable aging report to stakeholders
- Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and audit support
- Identifying opportunities to improve accounts receivable processes and contributing to the development of best practices within the department
Qualifications include:
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable-related function
- Experience in Oracle ERP preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and multi-task
- Experience in a Manufacturing company a plus
- Strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Position is hybrid/in-office located in Salt Lake City.
