Above all, you take pride in creating platforms that people can rely on, and you measure success by the confidence and momentum your work gives to everyone around you.Design and evolve core business application platforms that manage products, versions, organizational models, identity, and service status from concept through production.Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, shape roadmaps, and deliver features that balance usability, security, and operational reliability.Build, deploy, and operate containerized services on Kubernetes using repeatable, environment-aware automation and safe rollout strategies.Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate testing, enforce security standards, and enable predictable releases with fast rollback paths.Implement actionable observability—metrics, structured logs, and distributed tracing—to support proactive monitoring and rapid incident response.Develop AI-assisted operational workflows that help triage issues, recommend fixes, and reduce manual intervention while keeping humans in control.Define and validate high-availability and disaster recovery strategies through testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of critical services.Reduce operational toil through automation, freeing teams to focus on higher-value work and accelerating delivery across IT services.Improve service reliability and continuity by strengthening high-availability and disaster recovery readiness for critical platforms.Increase release confidence and speed by enabling consistent, resilient CI/CD practices that lower change failure rates and shorten recovery times.Elevate security and compliance posture by reinforcing identity and access management foundations and embedding guardrails into delivery workflows.Shorten incident detection and resolution times through actionable observability that enables earlier warning, faster diagnosis, and clearer accountability.Minimize downtime and workflow disruption by streamlining operational processes and enabling more proactive, data-driven service management.Raise the engineering bar across the organization by modeling strong design discipline, operational excellence, and pragmatic innovation.You have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a similar domain.You have strong programming capability in Python, JavaScript, and scripting languages such as Shell and/or PowerShell, with a focus on maintainable, well-tested production code.You bring proven ability to design and operate reliable, scalable, secure service architectures, including performance tuning and operational readiness.You have strong working knowledge of Linux environments, core networking principles, and disciplined troubleshooting of distributed systems.You have hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tooling, plus at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).You bring familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies and tools, and you understand how to manage environments through repeatable automation.You have exposure to machine learning or AI technologies and can apply them thoughtfully to improve operational workflows and productivity.You are proactive about spotting risk and ambiguity early, and you surface it with clear options rather than surprises.You approach collaboration by aligning on goals first, then driving decisions with evidence, tradeoffs, and shared context.You communicate crisply in writing and conversation, tailoring detail to your audience and documenting decisions so others can move faster.You are steady under pressure, focusing on restoring service, learning from incidents, and improving systems.You approach feedback as a tool, seeking it early, giving it respectfully, and using it to raise the quality of outcomes.A dynamic IT team focused on delivering world-class infrastructure services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technological advancements.
