Hemodialysis Clinical Nurse - Part-Time Days

Role Overview This position provides direct patient care in a hospital setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards. Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication use. Participate in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance, along with professional development. Develop and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the care team, patients, and families. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to involvement. Maintain safety-sensitive standards, working in a constant state of alertness to ensure safety. Qualifications Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred. No prior experience required; less than 2 years experience preferred for higher education levels. Additional Details The role involves working 24-hour shifts, either day or night, with call responsibilities.
