Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are partnering with an established independent insurance agency seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its team. What You’ll Do Manage and service a book of small to middle-market commercial insurance clients Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide responsive, relationship-driven service Educate clients on coverage, policy changes, exclusions, and insurance needs Handle renewals, certificates, binders, endorsements, and policy changes Prepare applications and work directly with carriers Review policies and documentation for accuracy Assist with remarketing and renewal proposals Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverage and services Partner with producers and internal teams to provide a high level of client service What We’re Looking For 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience Property & Casualty (P&C) license Insurance agency experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Applied Epic experience is a plus $70,000-$80,000 , with flexibility for highly experienced candidates Hybrid schedule with 1 day per week from home Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Floating holiday 10 paid holidays Company-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance Professional development and licensing support Early Friday close Strong training and mentorship opportunities Why Consider It?
