Day Treatment Intensive Therapist

Position Day Treatment Intensive Therapist Pay Range Unlicensed Therapist: $72,500 - $77,500 Licensed Therapist: $78,000 - $83,500 Responsibilities Providing trauma‑informed individual, family, and group therapy services for children and families. Creating a safe, structured, and therapeutic milieu that supports client growth and emotional regulation. Collaborating with families, schools, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Developing individualized treatment plans, conducting risk assessments, and supporting crisis intervention and safety planning. Completing timely, accurate documentation in compliance with Medi‑Cal/EPSDT and agency standards. Coaching and supporting Behavioral Health staff in trauma‑informed care and de‑escalation strategies. Contributing to a culturally responsive, strengths‑based team environment focused on positive outcomes for youth and families. Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, Child Development, or a related field from an accredited university. Active California registration/licensure as an AMFT, ACSW, or Registered Psychologist in good standing. At least 2 years of direct service experience with severely emotionally disturbed youth in inpatient or outpatient settings (internship/practicum experience may apply).
