Desired Qualifications:

• Active OT license in Oregon (or eligibility)
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred
• Comfort working across K-12 grade levels
• Capable of managing a diverse caseload independently
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

What You’ll Do:

• Provide assessment and therapy services for K-12 students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Work collaboratively with school staff and families to support students' goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional consultations as needed
• Deliver services onsite one day per week
