Job Description
Job Title: Material handler / Forklift Operator
- Assignment Duration: 6 months
- Potential for Full-Time Conversion: Yes
- Expected Start Date: ASAP
- Work Schedule: Tentatively 8 days on / 2 days off, followed by 8 days on / 3 days off (subject to change)
- Work Location: 100% Onsite
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
- Excellent work ethic with a self-driven attitude toward continuous improvement.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately without taking shortcuts.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate industrial equipment safely.
- Collaborative, professional, and non-confrontational attitude.
- Willingness to ask for assistance when needed.
- Confidence to exercise Stop Work Authority (SWA) whenever there is uncertainty or a safety concern.
- Strong sense of accountability and reliability.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Equipment / Tools Used
- Forklifts
- Air compressors
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts or longer in the demanding Permian Basin environment.
- Ability to safely lift and carry 50-pound sacks on a regular basis.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
