Immigration Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Immigration Attorney in Owings Mills, MD. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team, providing expertise in employment-based immigration law. This role requires collaboration with legal, technical, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional service. Duties Provide expert legal advice on employment-based immigration matters. Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff. Collaborate effectively within a team environment. Conduct detailed evaluations of immigration law knowledge. Requirements 3+ years of experience in employment-based immigration law. Proficiency in IV and NIV processes, including H-1B, L-1 A/B, O-1, E-1, E-2, and E-3 cases. Experience with EB-5 cases preferred. Ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively. Education & Certifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Bar admission in any U.S. state. Skills Strong understanding of U.S. immigration law and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
