Requirements

Project Management experience within mechanical contracting, HVAC, piping, or MEP construction.
Strong understanding of mechanical construction processes and project financials.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
General contractor backgrounds considered with relevant mechanical experience.
Degree not required; practical experience is prioritized.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

Up to $140K base + $10K–$15K annual bonus.
Flexible working hours with minimal weekend work.
Opportunities to progress into Senior PM and leadership positions.
Selective project portfolio
Strong focus on delivery quality over quantity
