Project Coordinator

Spencer Ogden

Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Electric Distribution operations. This role involves coordinating and scheduling work for field crews and contractors across multiple locations while ensuring timely service for residential customers.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate work for field crews and contractors.
Prioritize and reschedule work based on changing needs.
Monitor job completion and contractor performance.
Maintain scheduling records and support performance reporting.
Communicate with internal teams and contractors to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with SAP EWAM or work management systems is preferred.
