Responsibilities Partner with department leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, fostering a culture of performance and teamwork. Conduct needs assessments, facilitate talent development, and execute innovative employee engagement initiatives. Serve as the go‑to resource for employee relations, providing empathetic support while resolving issues and enhancing the workplace experience. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement policies and practices that prioritize integrity and trust. Analyze HR metrics to inform decision‑making, showcasing a strategic mindset. Qualifications Strong communication skills and an empathetic listening style to resolve conflicts and enhance employee experiences. Problem‑solving abilities to develop creative solutions to complex HR challenges. Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights. Adaptability to navigate change with a forward‑thinking mindset. A customer‑centric approach that drives initiatives while emphasizing teamwork and integrity. High emotional intelligence to build relationships and motivate others. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist, Human Resources Administrator, HR Manager, Employee Relations, or related HR role. Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. HR certification such as PHR, SHRM‑CP, or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Experience supporting organizational change, coaching leaders, and driving employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
