Production Associate

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

✅ Support daily production operations and manufacturing processes

✅ Load, unload, and handle materials needed for production

✅ Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications

✅ Operate production equipment and machinery following established procedures

✅ Monitor production runs and report quality or equipment issues

✅ Complete production documentation and quality records accurately

✅ Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures

✅ Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment

✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

✅ Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve daily production goals

✔ Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience

✔ Strong attention to detail and quality

✔ Ability to follow instructions and established procedures

✔ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✔ Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities

✔ Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

⭐ Previous manufacturing or production experience

⭐ Machine operation experience

⭐ Quality inspection experience

⭐ Experience working with production documentation and work orders

⭐ Technical training or manufacturing certifications

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liverpool, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
