Title Registered Dental Assistant Job Description Clinical Partnership: Provide expert chairside assistance during a variety of procedures, including restorative work, emergency visits, and same-day crown fabrications. Imaging & Diagnostics: Capture high-precision digital X-rays and intraoral photographs to assist in accurate diagnoses. Patient Advocacy: Act as a bridge between the doctor and the patient, explaining treatment plans and ensuring patients feel confident in their post-operative care. Sterilization Excellence: Maintain a gold standard of safety by prepping treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments in strict accordance with OSHA and WISHA guidelines. Inventory Flow: Monitor and manage dental supplies to ensure the team is always equipped for success. Salary Range full-time $21 - $26 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Closed Wednesdays and Weekends!) Requirements Dentrix Eaglesoft Open Dental Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant Licensure: Must hold an active Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. Experience: 1–2 years in a clinical setting is preferred; however, we are happy to mentor high-potential new graduates with a strong work ethic. Technical Savvy: Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix or Open Dental) is a significant plus. Soft Skills: A "can-do" attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient comfort.
