The East Coast Facilities team is committed to delivering a seamless and productive workplace experience for associates. They manage daily office operations and collaborate closely with the Hospitality team to coordinate meetings, room setups, events, and activations. What you'll do Manage priorities, deadlines, and expectations by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to complete complex assignments. Gather and analyze data to identify trends, support business solutions, and recommend improvements within business areas. Coordinate calendars, meetings, and expenses for leadership, ensuring preparation materials and scheduling needs are met efficiently. Communicate progress, provide updates, and resolve issues by verifying data accuracy and conducting basic statistical analysis. Support implementation of new processes and initiatives, ensuring clear communication of changes to leadership and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and business partners to achieve organizational objectives. Pay The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $34.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
