The Branch Operations Specialist or Officer (Floater) is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:

• Providing personalized banking services to financial institution clients.
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of banking operations and providing leadership, training, and support to staff members.
• Possessing an extensive understanding of banking products and services while supporting the Branch Manager in promoting branch growth.
• Ensuring compliance with all bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations.

Branch Operations Specialist Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of banking experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of operations experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking programs.
• Notary Public certification preferred.

Branch Operations Officer Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of banking experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of operations experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking programs.
• Notary Public certification preferred.

Pay Rate Range: $24.00 - $38.61/hour DOE Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
