Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression upon arrival and departure. Check guests in and out efficiently while verifying reservation details and room assignments. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with reservations or changes as needed. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, policies, and local attractions. Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care. Process payments, maintain accurate records, and balance the cash drawer or front desk account when required. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest satisfaction. Monitor lobby activity and follow hotel procedures to help maintain a safe and orderly environment. Maintain an organized front desk area and complete shift logs, reports, and other administrative tasks. Qualifications Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain professional, courteous, and composed in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and comfort using reservation or property management systems. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
