Hospice Admissions RN — Drive Community Access
Bristol Hospice
Bristol Hospice in North Dallas/Addison, TX is seeking an Admissions RN to establish relationships with referral sources and expand access to hospice services in the community. This full-time Day shift role requires an active RN license, 1 year of recent nursing experience or a BSN, and travel up to 20%. You will coordinate admissions, educate providers and families, and ensure timely referrals while delivering high-quality patient care per the nursing process. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bristol Hospice
