Summer Camp Regional Supervisor

Job Description Black Rocket is seeking enthusiastic, motivated and talented individuals to serve as seasonal supervisors for our Black Rocket technology camps. This is a summer seasonal position requiring full availability throughout the summer according to the prevailing local school district summer break schedule. Training will be provided; the role offers experience building your resume and a chance to have fun. Regional Supervisors are responsible for supervising instructors, interacting with students, parents, and program directors, managing schedules, planning events, and providing feedback to teachers. Responsibilities Supervise instructors and support classroom delivery of STEM and technology content. Collaborate with students, parents, and program directors to ensure a positive learning environment. Manage schedules and plan events across multiple sites within your region. Evaluate and give feedback to teachers of all levels. Attend scheduled training, evening meetings in May, and a weekend face‑to‑face kickoff. Qualifications 3+ years of K‑12 school experience (supervisor, principal, administrator, teacher leader, or similar). Experience managing adults in a school or after‑school setting. Experience managing schedules or planning events. Strong people skills and problem‑solving ability. Comfort with technology—video editing, digital arts, coding, game development, robotics, or similar (ideal but not required). Ability to travel to multiple sites throughout the day and commit to the entire summer season. Benefits Paid tolls. Partial mileage reimbursement for all travel. Paid training.
