Now Hiring: Water Damage Technician – $25/HR + Healthcare
Belgrade, MT | Full-Time | Start Immediately
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and join a team that makes a real impact? We’re a locally-owned restoration company looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Water Damage Technicians .
What We Offer:
$27.00-30 per hour starting wage DOE

What You’ll Do:
Respond to water damage emergencies in homes and businesses
Extract water, set drying equipment, and remove damaged materials
Assist with mold remediation, demolition, and cleanup
Document jobs using mobile apps (we’ll train you)
Communicate with team leaders and occasionally customers onsite
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to be on an on-call rotation (occasional nights/weekends)
