Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry unit setting with patient ratios of 1:4–5
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding promptly to changes in patient condition
• Float between units as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
• Participate in weekend coverage, with 6 shifts required per 6-week schedule
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays as outlined in the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Telemetry nursing experience
• Ability to meet facility background check standards (no Nursys or background hits accepted)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify under travel guidelines
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Telemetry or step-down environment
• Familiarity with floating to sister or affiliated facilities within a health system
