Summer Intern On Specialty Administration Team The Summer Intern on the Specialty Administration Team will gain hands‑on exposure to two specialized areas of investment administration: EB-5 fund administration and 1031 exchange facilitation. This role is ideal for a motivated student eager to develop practical skills in fund administration, regulatory compliance, and client operations with additional exposure to in‑house legal and marketing functions to support a fast‑paced professional environment. Main Responsibilities and Duties Assist with the review of offering packages and the preparation and review of escrow and fund administration documents. Support tracking and onboarding of investors and collection of investor documentation. Help maintain accurate project and investor records as well as correspondence logs. Research legislative and case law updates relevant to EB-5 program requirements. Assist with the coordination and documentation of like‑kind exchange transactions. Help prepare exchange agreements, assignment documents, and closing checklists. Track exchange deadlines (45‑day identification and 180‑day closing periods) and flag upcoming milestones. Support client communications and respond to inquiries under team supervision. Maintain organized digital and physical files in compliance with internal document management standards. Assist with data entry, reporting, and preparation of internal summaries. Participate in team meetings, take notes and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned by team supervisors. Essential Requirements Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Prior coursework or exposure to legal research and drafting, the purchase and sale of real estate, tax, or investment fund structures is preferred.
