Senior Media BuyerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer to lead and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms and markets. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who combines analytical expertise with strong commercial judgment. You will manage substantial advertising budgets, identify growth opportunities, and maximise campaign profitability through continuous testing and optimisation. Working closely with creative, analytics, and acquisition teams, you will help develop effective strategies that drive measurable results. You will also contribute to market expansion, explore emerging digital channels, and adapt campaigns to evolving platform policies and industry trends. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on acquisition performance in a fast-paced, international digital entertainment environment.AccountabilitiesPlan, launch, manage, and scale paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant advertising channels.Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on investment (ROI), conversion rates, and player value.Analyse campaign results and player data to identify performance trends, uncover growth opportunities, and improve acquisition efficiency.Design and execute tests across creative assets, audience segments, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve results.Manage advertising budgets strategically, scaling investment while maintaining strong returns and commercial performance.Collaborate with creative, analytics, and acquisition teams to develop, test, and refine campaign strategies.Stay informed about advertising platform updates, industry developments, and relevant policies to maintain effective and compliant campaigns.Support the expansion of acquisition campaigns across new markets, channels, and digital entertainment verticals.Requirements:At least 3 years of hands-on experience in media buying, paid acquisition, or performance marketing.Strong practical experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads; familiarity with TikTok, Snapchat, or programmatic advertising platforms is an advantage.Experience in iGaming, gambling, betting, social casino, sweepstakes, or another performance-driven industry is highly desirable.Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, campaign measurement, budget allocation, and optimisation strategies.Proven ability to manage substantial advertising budgets and make informed decisions based on data and commercial objectives.Strong analytical skills, business awareness, and a proactive approach to testing, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast-paced, international environment.Benefits:Fully remote work: Flexibility to work remotely, with the position advertised across multiple locations.International exposure: Opportunity to contribute to campaigns across multiple markets and digital entertainment verticals.Performance-driven role: Direct involvement in campaign strategy, budget management, and measurable acquisition outcomes.Cross-functional collaboration: Work alongside creative, analytics, and acquisition professionals to improve campaign performance.
