Floor Technician Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Floor Technician to join our team at Fountains at Mill Cove. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, promoting a positive and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. Floor Technician Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain the floors, corridors, and common areas of the facility
Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment and machinery
Restock supplies and materials as needed
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure a clean and organized facility
Assist with special projects and events as needed
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff
Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
Floor Technician Requirements:
Prior experience preferred (training provided)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
