Treasury Sales Officer II - Healthcare Not For Profit - Higher Education

Job Description The Healthcare NFP Higher Education Group Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) is responsible for managing and actively pursuing treasury revenue streams and product penetration across an assigned portfolio of Not‑for‑Profit Healthcare companies. This position supports the strong growth seen in healthcare through organic client growth and market share gains. Responsibilities Manage and pursue treasury revenue streams and product penetration across an assigned portfolio; pursue client prospects outside the portfolio. Work closely with partners across Treasury, Sales, Credit, FX, Global Investment, Card, Trade/SCF, Liquidity, and other teams to provide U.S. and sometimes international treasury solutions. Act as a digital ambassador driving mobile, digital, and real‑time payments adoption; manage strategic dialogues on key client issues. Engage with complex not‑for‑profit healthcare and private higher education companies as working‑capital, financial technology, and trusted advisors. Articulate the not‑for‑profit environment and engage in strategic conversations with C‑suite executives and Revenue Cycle teams. Lead speaking engagements with key industry organizations (HFMA, NACUBO, etc.). Create client/prospect events focused on industry trends (Innovation, Fraud, Patient Satisfaction, System Integration, etc.). Advise clients on P2E and digital strategies involving payments, receipts, liquidity, card solutions, revenue cycle solutions, and eCommerce. Drive expansion of Solutions Per Relationship (SPR). Maintain revenue/product growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, RFP/RFI responses, call preparations, and lead client‑facing treasury presentations. Identify and evaluate treasury solutions using client‑focused cost/benefit analysis and bank‑focused profitability analysis. Maintain strong client focus while understanding operational aspects of the bank. Maintain consistent goal achievement and performance metrics. Additional Responsibilities Drive and be accountable for revenue growth, profitability, client planning, pricing strategy, proposal development, and delivery. Focus on client relationship development, from new client growth to deepening existing relationships. Ensure responsible revenue and balance‑sheet growth, profitability improvement, client calling and planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, proposal responses, and treasury presentations. Partner with bankers and product specialists to develop customized solutions based on cost/benefit and profitability analysis. Lead pricing and negotiation discussions to optimize relationship profitability and year‑over‑year growth. Coach and mentor Treasury Analysts; collaborate with Servicing and Implementation teams. Required Qualifications 5 years of Treasury Sales Officer experience. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Successful track record in treasury management sales; familiarity with global treasury products, services, and trends. Proven business development and relationship management skills with complex clients. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Proven negotiation and active listening skills with strong executive presence. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Business/financial acumen. Ability to navigate enterprise, engage partners, and elevate issues as needed. Ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team. Effective organization of competing priorities while maintaining high client satisfaction. Individual contributor and team member in a fast‑paced environment. Risk management with balanced client, team, and bank needs. Desired Skills Experience in not‑for‑profit, higher education or healthcare banking / revenue cycle. 5+ years of banking experience. Prior card solution experience. B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, or related degree. Certified Treasury Professional Certification (CTP) or equivalent. MBA or equivalent.
