Associate Attorney

Job Description Pollack & Rose P.A. is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney in its Coral Gables office. Candidates must be licensed by and in good standing with the Florida Bar. The attorney will be responsible for the litigation of numerous collection cases throughout the State of Florida as well as virtual and in‑person court appearances. Pollack & Rosen is one of the nation’s largest collection law firms with a primary focus on the representation of National Banking Associations, Fortune 500 Companies and Healthcare Providers in the collection of outstanding credit and loan debts. Offices throughout Florida, Alabama, Arizona, California, Delaware, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington DC and Wisconsin. Responsibilities Represent clients in court Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients Advise clients on trial strategies Negotiate settlements for legal disputes Comply with all legal standards and regulations Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law Qualifications Familiarity with various legal documents Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence to appear in court and litigate cases through trial Client Requirements Criminal background check 10 panel drug screening Active license and good standing with the Florida Bar Compensation Salary dependent upon experience Eligibility to join the firm’s profit‑sharing plan following two years of continued employment Required Education Juris Doctorate from accredited law school Benefits As a full‑time employee, medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits will be available after partner review following 90 days of continuous employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
